Olson Pleads Guilty to DUI
Bree Olson, the former "goddess" and seeming girlfriend of actor Charlie Sheen, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) in an Indiana court today. Olson, whose real name is Rachel Oberlin and is best known for her work in adult films, was arrested by local law enforcement agents back in February of 2011 after crashing her car in Indiana. Olson and her attorney struck a plea bargain today in which the actress is to be placed on unsupervised probation for one year as well as completing an unspecified amount of community service instead of a stricter punishment such as jail time. Olson must also not have any more brushes with the law during that time. Olson reportedly took some time off from being one of Sheen's goddesses to head back to Indiana and sort out her DUI troubles, though she is rumored to have parted ways via text message with the "Two and a Half Men" star for good.
While Olson's drinking and driving incident occurred in Indiana, a Los Angeles DUI defense attorney can attest that local law enforcement agents are quite stringent in dealing with DUI arrests. All things being simple and equal, many first-time DUI offenders will get probation as a punishment upon being convicted of DUI. However, as an experienced
Los Angeles DUI defense attorney can tell you, a number of factors (such as causing property or bodily damage to another person, speeding and having an especially high blood alcohol content) have the potential to land you in jail. If you have been arrested for or charged with DUI, call the

Los Angeles DUI defense attorneyshave a combined five decades of experience in successfully defending clients against DUI charges of all types. As experienced Los Angeles DUI defense attorneys, we know that each DUI arrest is different and that many factors besides alcohol can make you appear impaired while driving. In many cases, bad weather conditions or illness may actually be the culprit for dangerous driving.
Our Los Angeles DUI defense attorneys also know that field sobriety tests and breath analysis test results are not always reliable indicators of whether or not you have been drinking before driving. In some cases, fatigue or certain illnesses can mimic the symptoms of inebriation, while certain medications and dietary habits can lead to false or inaccurate breath analysis test results.
