The California Highway Patrol is charging Green Bay Packers tight end Spencer Havner with a DUI after he crashed his motorcycle and broke his shoulder blade.  According to the report filed by the CHP, Havner was not wearing a helmet when he crashed his bike a little before 3:00 A.M. on Monday morning.  He also suffered cuts to the back of his head, as well as his left arm and had multiple abrasions on his body.  He was arrested at the hospital after being treated for his wounds.
