A young man in Santa Rosa, CA was arrested for DUI and assault with a deadly weapon this week, marking yet another dangerous drunk driving case in California.  The teenager's arrest came in connection to a road rage incident on the 101 when a 25 year old Petaluma woman called the California Highway Patrol to report an Acura following her BMW.  The woman said that the car's driver was tailgating her, speeding past her and then slamming on the brakes.  The driver also allegedly swerved at her car in an effort to drive her off the road.
